Mock Trial Witness Resources

Locate your statement and assignment below. Witnesses provide the eyewitness or expert testimony about the alleged crime. You, acting as the witness, will take on a specific character’s role, answer questions about the case, and work with the team of student attorneys before and during the trial. You will be provided given your character’s witness statement (what they saw or did during the alleged act) and any exhibits or information that they would be asked questions about at the Trial.
