In June and July, hundreds of teens from all over Michigan will attend LEAD 2026 for three life-changing weeks full of fun, discipleship, and growth. More than 200 campers are already registered, including over 50 first-time attendees, and that number continues to grow! With great anticipation, we are preparing to welcome both new and returning students to LEAD this summer.
Each year, 40% of our families request financial aid to send their teens to LEAD. This year, those requests are quickly growing. Each one is a God-given opportunity, but with that opportunity comes with a corresponding financial need. This year, I ask that you prayerfully consider investing in the next generation through our Financial Aid and Scholarship Fund. Your gift, of any amount, will help families like these:
“LEAD is a great atmosphere where my kids can be challenged, grow closer to God and make new friends… it is something they look forward to all year. We are currently struggling financially due to continued medical bills and past debt. Financial aid would be a blessing, allowing my kids to attend.”
“As a single mom, I do not have extra money to cover ‘any extras.’ But my daughter has fallen in love with SSI. Last year she was able to attend two weeks of camp and she came home unrecognizable – glowing with a Godly confidence. She is now in the Ambassador League Program.”
Because of the kindness and generosity of our community, this ministry has never had to turn any of these families away due to a lack of resources. Hundreds of teens who could not afford camp on their own have been given the gift of LEAD.
