Director of Operations – Full time position responsible for directly supporting the President in the implementation of the vision, planning, development, communication, and executive administration of the ministry. This position also oversees operational and administrative functions.

Director of Outreach – Full time position responsible for directly supporting the President in building and nurturing relationships with donors, alumni, and other community partners; developing and implementing fundraising strategies; and raising awareness of the ministry through outreach and communication.
