We’re moving on Friday!

by | Mar 27, 2019 | From James' Desk

Thanks to the prayers and financial support of so many over the past six months, SSI is incredibly excited to be moving into our own office building at 4407 W. St. Joe Hwy in Lansing this Friday!

God has provided in a big way for this move, with so many answered prayers along the way. We continue to covet your prayers as we complete all the last minute details of renovations, packing, moving, and getting settled in our new space.

It was in donated office space in this very building that SSI was born in the 1990s. Now, over 25 years later through the incredible generosity of friends and partners of SSI, we have purchased the building and will be using it as a ministry center that will not only provide SSI space to grow as God provides, but also will be able to house several other Christian organizations that promote biblical worldview and responsible Christian citizenship throughout Michigan.

If you want to say “hi” at our new address, we’d love to hear from you! Our phone number will stay the same, and you can send mail to SSI, 4407 W St Joe Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917. (Don’t worry—if you’ve dropped something in the mail to our P.O. Box, we’ll still be receiving mail there for a while.) Stay tuned because we’re looking forward to inviting you to our open house before long!

In the middle of all this, LEAD 2019 keeps getting closer! Camp is just two and a half months away and now is a great time to register for LEAD and put this awesome leadership experience on your summer calendar. There are three weeks to choose from (June 16-21, July 7-12, and July 21-26) with 7 unique hands-on leadership tracks for high school students.

Thank you for your prayers and support of SSI during this exciting time of transition and provision!

Yours for the next generation,

James Muffett
President
