Due to COVID-19 Cleary University has closed their campus for the summer. As a result, we are transitioning to LEAD Online which will held during the currently scheduled weeks at the greatly reduced price of $100 per student per week.

For families who have registered and paid for LEAD 2020, please complete the forms below to let us know your decisions about participation and how to handle your registration balance. Recognize that there are two forms.  When the first form is submitted, the page will reload.  Please go on to complete the second form after the page finishes reloading.

You should have received an email informing you of your balance for your child’s tuition. If you did not receive this email or would like to confirm the amount of your balance, please contact our office at (517) 321-6233 or email us at office@ssionline.org. Please note that SSI is cancelling all merchandise orders at this time. 

Please know that the changes will be handled by our staff as quickly as possible, but we do ask for your patience as this is a large undertaking. 

Review the information below and check the box next to each option you wish to select and in the financial section, specify any relevant amounts before submitting your request. If you have multiple children attending, you will need to complete these forms multiple times (once for each child). We apologize for any inconvenience.
